Had the pleasure of having windows and doors supplied and fitted by Hainault Home Improvement. The entire process, from calling to book the initial appointment, through the on-site survey, to the actual install, was very well managed and a joy as a customer. The salesman was a breath of fresh air with a very open style and no up-sell pressure, and the fitting team were very experienced, courteous, friendly, and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend Hainault Home Improvement very highly.

So thrilled with my new windows, Hainault Home Improvements sales person that visited my house was very professional and her patience made the whole process form ordering to installation effortless.

We have used this company for previous jobs and we are always very pleased with their works.

We spent months if not a couple of years pondering and researching a new composite front door which included calling a few of the “big names” in double glazing. We had looked at pretty much every front door in our locality! Several of them I would not be happy with. Many simply look like a slab of plastic. Thanks to next door neighbour I found Hainault Home Improvements on line and eventually picked up the phone and spoke to Dean (turned out to be the CEO).

Told him of my concerns, i.e. that ‘plasticky effect’, worries about fitting etc. Dean pretty much put my mind at rest instantly. Even better, unlike the ‘big names’ they didn’t come to your house for half a day and bore u stiff with the technical data on their doors. We designed and ordered our new front door using their online tool which was excellent. Communication from then on was excellent. A date was set for survey followed by a date for fitting.

All work was carried out when they said it would be carried out. The door itself did indeed turn out to be of very good quality and my wife and I are extremely pleased with it. It was fitted to an excellent standard with lots of attention to detail and consultation re bespoke bits.

A big thank you to the team including Dean, Jordan (sales coordinator) and of course Ashley the fitter…excellent job.

Happy to recommend this local company. When they first installed the door after a short period it became un-aligned causing the rubber seals to become loose. We called them and they came out to fix it without any hesitation.

Have used them several times before, first time on the recommendation of neighbors and they are scheduled to build a porch later this year. Got a quote from another company as well. Essex Composites, to our knowledge and with the quality of their work came in very significantly lower than “the other company” – Result!!

This company was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service with good communications throughout the whole process. Competitive in price left everything clean and tidy . Very very pleased with the end result. We recommend.
