about the door

On first, second, third and subsequent inspections you would swear that a composite door was crafted from timber, but it isn’t. The reinforced hardwood inner frame set around the thermally insulated polyurethane foam core gives that impression.

wood grain finish

GRP can easily be moulded and given a surface textured finish, similar to the one you would find on a timber door. The great thing about a composite door is that though it looks identical to timber, it doesn’t age badly like a wood crafted door.

Police approved
to keep you safe

Our doors have earned the much sought after Secured by Design accreditation. This highlights that they are fully acknowledged by the Police and meet the requirements of PAS 3621:2011, so that you can sleep a little easier at night.

Energy efficient
composite doors

Contemporary doors are expected to supply a certain level of energy efficiency in accordance with current Building Regulations. We’re delighted to inform you that our entire composite door range exceeds the expected standard of energy efficiency and will significantly cut the cost of your energy bills.

and draught free

One thing you can never predict in this country is the weather! So that our composite doors can withstand extreme winds they are tested in a pressurised chamber and subjected to hurricane strength winds of up to 80MPH. During the testing phase, they’re also sprayed with 2 litres of water every minute.

Our door in detail

It helps you to understand everything that goes into our composite doors, so we have deconstructed the design to show you how they’re made and what makes them so different. Once fitted at your home, your entranceway will be transformed and it’ll remind you why you originally fell in love with your property. Take a closer look into the ingredients used to put them together.

1 You can remove the exclusive glazing cassette from the inside of your home when you wish to change the glass.
2 A 4mm thick, powder coated aluminium lock strip in the lock edge helps give the door unrivalled strength.
3 The glass reinforced plastic skin (GRP) adds definition and ensures that the door performs effectively over a sustained period.
Energy efficiency goes above and beyond the current Building Regulations for energy efficiency and has done since they were enforced in 2010. 4
